Frequently Asked Questions
What space requirements do you need?
For our standard photobooth, we need a minimum space of 3m x 3m. For the 360 booth, we require a 4m x 4m area. We also need access to a standard power outlet within 3m and 2 tables for equipment.
Do you work at outdoor venues?
Yes, we can set up at outdoor venues with proper shelter (tent/canopy) to protect equipment from weather. Additional weather protection fees may apply. We’ll assess suitability during our consultation.
What happens if equipment malfunctions?
We carry backup equipment for all critical components, including a spare printer and camera. Our staff is trained to handle technical issues as well.
How long does setup take?
Our ops team typically requires 30 – 45 minutes for complete setup of the photobooth and 45 – 60 minutes for 360 booth. This is inclusive of equipment installation, lighting configuration, and testing. There will be additional charges if you require us to come much earlier.
Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden costs! Our package prices include all standard equipment, setup, attendant, unlimited prints, and digital copies. Additional costs only apply for optional extras like extended hours, special locations, or custom requests.

How many photos can guests take?
There’s no limit! Guests can take as many photos as they want throughout the rental period. Each photo session can accommodate multiple people, and everyone gets individual prints.
Do you provide photos in digital format?
Yes, all photos and videos are provided in high-resolution digital format via a secure download link within 48 hours after your event. Guest can also download their digital photos instantly via QR code.
How are the photos customized?
Send us any artwork such as graphics / Canva link and we will proceed with the design layout. We provide one complimentary design layout with up to 3 revisions. Additional design changes will incur extra fees.
What photo dimensions do you provide?
Our standard prints are 4R 4″x6″ (10cm x 15cm) on premium photo paper. We can also provide Photostrip 2″x6″ format.
Do you offer discount for multiple booths and event days?
Yes, we provide special rates for corporate clients with multiple bookings, and long-term partnerships. Contact us to discuss volume pricing options.
Do you charge GST?
No we dont, rest assured that all our quotes are nett as we do not charge GST.
